 Inbal is the founder of Fishbowl Fund, a nonprofit dedicated to providing kids with free entrepreneurial education to empower them with life-changing skills, build confidence, and teach valuable lessons for the future. 

Inbal is also a developer and general contractor at The Oak Development, bringing her expertise as an entrepreneur to FishBowl. A devoted wife and proud mom of three incredible kids she’s absolutely obsessed with, Inbal is passionate about creating opportunities for the next generation to thrive.

 Tammy is a proud wife and mom of four, with a deep passion for creativity, entrepreneurship, and community. A lifelong creator, Tammy has built successful businesses from home including thriving eBay and Etsy shops while balancing her professional goals with family life. 

Three of Tammy’s four children have participated in the FishBowl Youth Entrepreneurs program, and she is one of its strongest advocates. Two of her children not only run their own businesses but also mentor younger participants helping guide the next generation of youth entrepreneurs. 

As PTO President at her children’s school, Tammy has been instrumental in introducing FishBowl to her school and expanding it to other local campuses. Her commitment to education, empowerment, and community engagement makes her a trusted and impactful leader. 

A direct contributor to FishBowl’s teen curriculum, helping develop content for students ready to take their businesses to the next level. Whether through her personal ventures or her dedication to youth and families, Tammy continues to create positive change wherever she goes.

Now as a proud board member of our Board, Joanne brings her energy, leadership, and heart to the mission of empowering the next generation. She is excited to help grow a program that teaches kids real-world skills, confidence, and the power of dreaming big, just as she has done in her own career and community. 

Arie Bitan is a serial entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience building, scaling, and selling businesses across industries, from construction to fashion. As the Chief Financial Officer of FishBowl Youth Entrepreneurs, Arie brings unmatched expertise in business growth and financial strategy.

Having successfully navigated the ups and downs of entrepreneurship himself, Arie knows exactly what it takes to scale a business the right way. At FishBowl, he oversees all financial planning, budgeting, and long-term growth strategies, ensuring the organization expands sustainably while maximizing its impact. His leadership is the backbone of FishBowl’s business operations, helping transform a passion-driven idea into a scalable national movement. 

Kami Engel is a proud mom of two incredible children and a first-time grandmother, a role that has filled her heart with a whole new kind of joy. Family is everything to her, and the deep connections she has with her loved ones and friends are what inspire the way she lives, works, and serves others.

She started her first business at 21 and went on to successfully run multiple businesses, but her deeper passion has always been people, their stories, their inner worlds, and what makes them come alive. 

Today, she leads Sacred Mind Coaching, her own business where she works as a Certified Ontological Life Coach. She supports individuals and groups at many different stages of life, including young adults just out of college who are searching for direction. What she’s seen again and again is that everything begins with mindset and mental health. When people cultivate self-belief and confidence, what once felt like only a dream can become reality.

That’s why she feels so connected to Fishbowl. She loves that it gives children and young adults a place to believe in themselves, to create, and to experience that magic of turning an idea into something real. She’s honored to step into this new adventure with Fishbowl and bring her heart for entrepreneurship, creativity, and human connection into this work. 

 Kellen Banos joins the Fishbowl Board with a decade in learning and development, partnering with leading companies across technology and entertainment. His work centers on designing engaging, high-impact learning experiences where every young person feels capable, valued, and empowered to experiment.

Shaped by early work in fast-paced television production, Kellen brings pace, clarity, and exceptionally high standards to every project. At Fishbowl, he supports the organizational engine behind the scenes, helping build and launch the Fishbowl social site and guiding the strategic scaling of the schools program through thoughtful use of new technologies.

Ultimately, Kellen is committed to ensuring the next generation has what they need to succeed: practical tools that work, supportive guidance and the confidence to turn innovative ideas into decisive action.

 Jasmine is a dedicated entrepreneur and advocate for diverse learning paths. After 15 years of a successful business banking career, she transitioned into a leadership role as Executive Director of Operations for a fast-growing startup, where she helped scale the company and oversaw the hiring of more than 100 community members. When the business closed during the pandemic, Jasmine pivoted to online work—drawing on her strengths in social media, affiliate marketing, and digital networking—to launch a mission-driven brand supporting breastfeeding families.

Today, she’s the founder of Homeschool Community 805, a local movement that connects families through events, resource fairs, and business showcases. She also leads the 805 Children’s Business Fair, where many young entrepreneurs including Fishbowl students gain hands-on experience launching and running their own businesses.

An 805 local and proud homeschooling mom of four boys, Jasmine uses Fishbowl as part of her family’s curriculum and is passionate about creating spaces where kids and families can grow with purpose.

Corey Cofield is a self-made transformational speaker, life guide, and author who has dedicated his life to helping others unlock their full potential. With a compelling personal story and a deep understanding of mindset, purpose, and perseverance, Corey inspires audiences of all ages to rise above limitations and fearlessly pursue their dreams.

A gifted public speaker, Corey has delivered countless impactful talks across the country, leaving lasting impressions on students, entrepreneurs, and professionals alike. He is the author of multiple books focused on personal growth, motivation, and leadership. His weekly Zoom sessions draw thousands of attendees who tune in for powerful guidance, motivation, and real-world strategies for success. 

Passionate about empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs, Corey brings energy, authenticity, and wisdom to every stage and classroom he enters. His mission is clear: to help youth realize what they are truly capable of becoming and to give them the tools and belief to make it happen. Through his words and work, Corey is shaping tomorrow’s leaders and helping young people everywhere break through barriers and build lives filled with purpose. 

 Jose is a seasoned marketer with over 16 years of experience helping some of the world’s most recognized brands grow and thrive. As the Senior Director of Paid Social, he has led strategic campaigns for powerhouse names like Nintendo, Levi’s, Alaska Airlines, Vans, Dyson, and more, crafting impactful digital experiences that deliver real results. 

A dedicated husband and father of three, Jose is deeply committed to empowering the next generation. Through Fishbowl Fund, the nonprofit extension of FishBowl Youth Entrepreneurs, he merges his professional expertise with a passion for youth development. He understands the critical importance of teaching marketing skills to today’s youth, not just how to grow a brand but how to navigate social media safely and effectively. 

Jose believes that young people should not be thrown into the digital world without proper guidance. By equipping them with real-world tools and digital literacy, he helps ensure they are prepared to promote their businesses with confidence and responsibility. 

His vision and leadership help drive Fishbowl Fund’s mission to foster creativity, entrepreneurship, and leadership in young people, creating lasting impact and empowering the next generation of changemakers. 

Chelsea started working as a teenager, at a golf course working behind the counter, checking people in. She grew up playing golf and played high school and college. She even worked at multiple different golf courses, ranging from a small run down muni, to one of the most exclusive Country Clubs around. Along the way, she learned to handle money, talk to complete strangers, hospitality, different personalities in individuals, respect for others, integrity, patience, event planning, financial projections, teaching others, managing others, and cultivating relationships.

She studied Psychology at California State University Channel Islands and that has had a huge impact on her outlook on life and working with others.

She started investing at 21 years old after having saved nearly $40,000.

She had guidance from a parent that helped her gain the understanding of how to save and prepare. She feels this is missing as a essential learning experience for kids before going into life outside of high school whether it is getting a job and having to provide for themselves or going to college and knowing how to live and be able to handle potential student debt. Learning how to budget, pay taxes, save and invest and plan for future expenses is essential to becoming an adult. She has also experienced the other side of the coin of having to take care of a parent who ultimately passed away due to some life choices they made and not taking care of their finances.

She is also parent of two littles, 4 & 2, and can understand from a parents point of view to help our children learning financial literacy from a young age.

She believes in giving back to the community and educating the younger generation to make informed financial decisions and confidently purse their dreams and create a stronger next generation! We all need each other to harness our strengths to help each other. 

Joining the Fishbowl board aligns perfectly with her mission to empower kids with the knowledge and tools they need to become successful entrepreneurs and financially responsible adults.

 Jessica Laurent is the founder of Cinq paletas and a dedicated advocate for Autism awareness and inclusion . After her son Cinq was diagnosed with autism , she began sharing her family's journey to support other parents navigating the challenges of diagnosis, therapies and education.

Through both her business and community work , Jessica is committed to creating spaces of joy , understanding and advocacy for children with unique needs and their families . 

Apple Levy is a nationally recognized business strategist, operator, and speaker known for helping founders scale companies with precision, profitability, and control. As the Founder of Obsidian Thorne and author of The Apple Effect, she works directly with leadership teams of $1M–$50M companies to install executive-level systems that drive sustainable growth, financial visibility, and operational excellence.

With over two decades of hands-on experience building and leading businesses, Apple has operated at the highest levels across construction, manufacturing, real estate, and service industries.  Joanne is a powerhouse in the Conejo Valley, widely recognized as one of the area's top real estate professionals and a passionate community leader. With a thriving real estate business built on integrity, connection, and results, Joanne has become a trusted name across Los Angeles and Ventura County. 

Her passion for giving back is at the heart of everything she does. Joanne is known for organizing large-scale community events, including an annual car show that raises significant funds for LA Police and LA Firefighters, a tradition that reflects her deep appreciation for local heroes and her unwavering commitment to service. 

As the proud mom of two creative and driven children, Joanne often says she wishes a program like FishBowl had existed when they were younger. Her son Jake is now on his journey to becoming a commercial pilot, and her daughter Joie is in her third year at Boise State University.
